  • To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

If you believe your product has a defect, follow these steps:

3. Delivery Costs

  • If your return or refund request is approved, you will need to bear the cost of returning the product to us.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Humans of Australia will not be responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Exclusions

  • Products that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Refund or return requests made after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.

6. Exchange Policy
